We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Supervisor to lead our internal audit activities across multiple departments and branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing audit teams, planning and executing audit engagements, identifying areas of risk, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial standards. This role plays a vital part in maintaining transparency, integrity, and operational efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and internal audit engagements and fieldwork activities.
  • Review audit plans, working papers, findings, and reports prepared by audit assistants and junior auditors.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance processes.
  • Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across all business units and branches.
  • Provide recommendations for improving internal processes, efficiency, and control systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of audit findings to senior management.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of audit team members.
  • Coordinate with management and other departments for audit schedules and data requests.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, internal audit best practices, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in internal or external audit.
  • Proven experience in supervising audit teams and managing audit projects.
  • Strong understanding of audit principles, internal controls, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel for field audits at various company branches.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and audit/accounting software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
