  • Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order in the dining area, or delivering orders to offices
  • Greet and seat customers
  • Take and serve orders correctly and promptly
  • Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
  • Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to Management if and when necessary
  • Works quickly, paying attention to details and attending to multiple responsibilities at a time
  • Performing other tasks around the service area, kitchen, and dining area that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least High School graduate
  • Active listening, critical thinking skills, and time management
  • Ability and willingness to collaborate
  • Knowledge of food service regulations and proper food handling procedures
  • Capability to learn quickly and memorize menu details
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically able to be on their feet for extended periods (and lift up to 16 k/ k/women or up to 25 k unassisted/men)
