Personal Driver – Duties and Responsibilities1. Safe and Efficient Transportation

• Drive the employer and family members to and from destinations safely and on time.
• Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and speed limits.
• Choose the safest and most efficient routes based on traffic and weather conditions.
• Adjust schedules or routes when necessary.

2. Vehicle Maintenance and Care

• Perform routine checks on vehicle condition (oil, water, tires, brake function).
• Ensure the vehicle is clean inside and out at all times.
• Arrange regular servicing and repairs.
• Maintain fuel levels and refuel the vehicle as needed.
• Report any mechanical issues immediately.

3. Punctuality and Time Management

• Plan departure times to ensure timely arrival for appointments or events.
• Track schedules and maintain a daily log of trips if required.
• Remain on standby and available during required working hours.

4. Safety and Security

• Ensure passengers' safety during trips.
• Practice defensive driving techniques.
• Protect the confidentiality and privacy of the employer and family.
• Maintain discretion regarding personal or business matters observed.

5. Errands and Assistance

• Run personal or household errands such as picking up groceries, parcels, or documents.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage or packages.
• Deliver messages or items when requested.

6. Professional Conduct

• Maintain a polite, respectful, and professional demeanor at all times.
• Dress appropriately according to employer standards.
• Communicate clearly about schedules, delays, or issues.

7. Recordkeeping and Documentation

• Keep records of vehicle expenses (fuel, maintenance, repairs, tolls).
• Track mileage if required for reimbursement or accounting.
• Maintain updated copies of driver's license, insurance, registration, and permits.

8. Flexibility

• Work during evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed.
• Adapt to sudden changes in plans or schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
