About the role

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this full-time OIC Technician role at Select Goods' in SM City Bacoor, Bacoor City, Cavite is an excellent opportunity to take on a key position within our growing technical services team. As the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the quality and efficiency of our products and services.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with a range of products and equipment
  • Perform maintenance, repair and installation tasks to the highest standards
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of all work carried out and parts used
  • Mentor and train junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Assist with the management of the technical services team as the OIC
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
