Job Summary:

The Batching Plant Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising batching plant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in daily production. The role requires technical knowledge in repair and maintenance of batching plant equipment and leadership in supervising transit mixer drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and oversee daily batching plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
  • Monitor plant performance and ensure compliance with mix designs, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Apply knowledge in the repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of batching plant equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for immediate resolution of technical issues.
  • Supervise and manage transit mixer drivers, ensuring proper dispatch, discipline, safety compliance, and timely delivery of concrete.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, materials usage, equipment performance, and driver dispatch schedules.
  • Enforce company policies, environmental regulations, and occupational safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in batching plant operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge in repair and maintenance of batching plant equipment.
  • Experience in supervising and managing drivers or operations staff.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on-site.
