• Highschool/Vocational Graduate
• Work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, or process support is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment setup, and process improvement.
• Ability to use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, oscilloscopes).
• Basic knowledge of automation, PLC, sensors, or CAD drawings is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, or MES systems.
• Conduct testing, inspections, and measurements to ensure products meet specifications.
• Support process engineers in implementing process improvements and new production methods.
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of testing results, adjustments, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor production processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support to production operators and other departments as needed.
