About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. as a Quality Analyst in our dynamic Healthcare BPO team. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence within our AR Claims division. In this full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing the quality of our customer interactions and claims processing activities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting regular quality audits and assessments of customer calls, emails, and other communications to identify areas for improvement
  2. Providing comprehensive feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  3. Collaborating with the broader AR Claims team to implement process improvements and best practices
  4. Analyzing data and generating insightful reports to track quality metrics and drive continuous enhancement
  5. Actively participating in training and development initiatives to upskill the team
  6. Serving as a subject matter expert and resource for the wider organization

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Quality Analyst, preferably within a healthcare or BPO environment
  2. Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and drive process improvements
  5. Adaptability and a keen eye for detail, with a commitment to maintaining high standards
  6. Relevant qualifications or certifications in quality management or a related field would be an advantage
