About the Role:

As an Internal Auditor, you will support IR and recruitment operations by ensuring compliance with financial, auditing, and industrial relations frameworks. You'll be responsible for calculating pricing schedules, maintaining internal audit processes, and supporting the team in ensuring fair, compliant, and accurate pricing practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both numbers and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate pricing schedules in consultation with BDMs

  • Ensure compliance with margin expectations, statutory obligations, and industry awards

  • Use Excel-based pricing templates and maintain proficiency in MS Word and Qlicr (similar to FastTrack)

  • Support End-of-Financial-Year updates such as CPI or superannuation changes

  • Stay updated with industry award changes and apply them to pricing processes

  • Conduct internal compliance audits to maintain ISO 9001 and OH&S (4801 AUS/NZ) certifications

  • Meet KPIs, attend monthly team meetings, and support safety and quality procedures

  • Address candidate queries promptly and support documentation improvements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, compliance, or financial control.

  • In-depth understanding of internal control systems and risk-based audit methodology

  • Experience conducting process, compliance, and financial audits

  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory, statutory, and industry award provisions

  • Skilled in preparing audit plans, reports, and risk assessments

  • Familiar with document and record-keeping practices aligned with ISO certification standards

  • Familiarity with internal databases or ERP systems (e.g., Qlicr, FastTrack)

  • Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to solving problems before they escalate.

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Must be willing to report onsite at Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm)
