About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents at our office in Cubao, Quezon City. This is a full-time position, and no prior experience is required - we welcome applications from passionate high school graduates eager to launch their careers in customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients through inbound and outbound calls
• Handle a wide range of customer inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism
• Accurately record customer information and update customer records
• Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional products and services
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
