Watch Solutions is an independent luxury watch service center based in San Juan City, Philippines.

We specialize in the repair, maintenance, and restoration of high-end Swiss and luxury watches — combining precision craftsmanship with trusted service.

As we grow, we're looking for an experienced Watchmaker who can perform complete servicing of mechanical and quartz timepieces independently and uphold the high standards our clients expect.

About the Role

This position is ideal for a professional watchmaker with solid bench experience who can confidently handle luxury brands such as Rolex, Omega, Tag Heuer, Cartier, and similar.

You will join a small, dedicated team and work closely with the founder to ensure top-tier service quality and efficiency in our workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full servicing and overhauls of mechanical and quartz movements
• Diagnose movement issues and carry out precise repairs or part replacements
• Clean, oil, assemble, and regulate movements according to brand standards
• Conduct final casing, water-resistance, and quality control tests
• Maintain an organized, clean, and disciplined workspace
• Communicate progress with the Operations Administrator and management

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full watch servicing experience (Swiss or Japanese brands)
• Strong technical understanding of movements and repair techniques
• Excellent dexterity, attention to detail, and steady workmanship
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Certification or training from a recognized watchmaking institution is a plus
• Open to local or international candidates (work visa support available for qualified foreign applicants)
