Store Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support store staff, including sales associates and cashiers.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels; coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
• Monitor daily sales and prepare performance reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and security protocols.
• Support promotional activities and visual merchandising efforts.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and store operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a retail supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry-specific retail, e.g., fashion, electronics, groceries, etc.].
• Basic knowledge of retail analytics and KPIs.

Work Environment:

• On-site retail environment
• May involve standing for extended periods and lifting merchandise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
