Job Description

Prepares status report and updates with regard to construction and regularly monitors budgets, contractors, and schedules
Prepares billing for contractors and payroll for site admin workers
Prepares a description and timeline of the project
Maintain a safe, clean, and productive environment through enforcing rules and regulations within the site
Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with government regulations.
Prompt and accurate response and action on complaints and queries concerning construction.

Job Qualifications

Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer
With at least 1-2 years experience and knowledgeable in land development, structural, and surveying, an advantage.
Computer Literate especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Knowledge in AutoCAD
Willing to work on Saturday duty
Willing to be assigned in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan
