The Human Resource Staff is responsible for handling and maintaining accurate payroll and timekeeping records, preparing and managing employee contracts, implementing sanctions in line with company policies, and ensuring that all employees comply with the terms and conditions stated in their contracts. This role ensures smooth HR operations by providing timely and accurate support to both management and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll & Timekeeping
• Process and verify employee payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update daily attendance and timekeeping records.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for overtime, leaves, and other pay-related adjustments.
- Contracts & Employee Records
• Prepare, update, and maintain employment contracts and other HR documents.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of all employee records (physical and digital).
• Monitor contract renewals, probationary evaluations, and regularization.
- Sanctions & Compliance
• Implement disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
• Prepare incident reports and ensure proper documentation of sanctions.
• Educate employees on company rules and procedures to maintain workplace discipline.
- Employee Management & Support
• Ensure employees are following the company's contract terms and workplace policies.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of HR or payroll experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of labor laws and payroll processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and payroll/timekeeping systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
