We're Healthstin — an Australian healthcare company running 8 clinics across the country. Our PH-based Senior Multimedia & Web Designer plays a key role in shaping our digital presence by leading website initiatives and producing high-quality design assets for marketing campaigns.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Multimedia & Web Designer who can take charge of our website performance and create compelling visuals for our digital platforms. If you're passionate about design, website optimization, and improving user experience—and you know how to turn data and briefs into impactful output—this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your talent.

Multimedia Design

• Collaborate with the marketing, SEO, and content teams to conceptualize and design visuals that align with brand goals and strategies
• Produce engaging content for digital campaigns, websites, and social media channels
• Refine and revise content based on feedback
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print assets
• Manage and organize digital asset libraries for efficient access and reuse
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
• Stay updated on design trends, multimedia technologies, and creative best practices

Create multimedia assets, including:

• Digital graphics and illustrations
• Animations and short- or long-form videos/reels
• Banners and branding elements
• Interactive website elements
• Print-ready materials (brochures, posters, flyers, etc.)
• Social media content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Facebook and display ads for campaigns
• Email marketing creatives (headers, banners, templates)
• Short- and long-form eBooks or PDFs

Website Design

• Build, update, and optimize website pages for a seamless user experience
• Ensure responsive, user-centric design across all devices
• Collaborate with the team to improve UI/UX based on analytics and user behaviour insights
• Create visual and interactive elements aligned with customer journeys and conversion goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphics Design, Marketing, or any related field.
• Proven experience of 5 or more years as a Multimedia & Website Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, branding, and visual communication.
• Skills in video editing and basic animation.
• Skills in social media management and website design are a PLUS.
• Experience designing for both digital and print platforms (e.g., social media, websites, brochures, posters, advertising campaigns).
• Ability to translate project briefs into compelling multimedia designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and a portfolio that showcases your best multimedia work.
• Proficiency in website design and multimedia software or any tools related, including:

Multimedia Design:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Canva (optional)
• Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)

Website Design:

• Figma
• WordPress (basic knowledge only — enough to understand site structure and make informed design decisions with the web developer)
• Ability to interpret website data from Google Analytics (provided by the SEO team) and Lucky Orange for website performance monitoring and audits

Equipment and Tools Specifications

• A reliable computer or laptop of your own that can run design and editing software smoothly:
• Minimum 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)
• Dedicated graphics card (NVIDIA/AMD) preferred
• At least Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 processor or higher
• Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps). Backup internet option is a PLUS
• Headset with noise-canceling microphone for meetings and edits
• Webcam for virtual collaboration (occasional use only)
• Own access to design software (Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent).
