Social Media Marketing Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

We're seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to execute daily B2B social campaigns. This role supports brand authority and lead generation.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Publish and monitor content across LinkedIn and industry channels.
• Promote B2B content including blogs, webinars, and whitepapers.
• Engage with prospects and relevant communities.
• Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, and lead capture.
• Stay updated on B2B social trends and LinkedIn algorithm changes.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and scheduling tools.
• Strong writing skills for professional audiences.
• Understanding of B2B funnels and account engagement.
• Detail-oriented with analytical thinking.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
