We are looking for a reliable Freelance Liaison Personnel based in Cagayan de Oro who will

assist with document processing, coordination and official transactions with government

agencies, offices, and other institutions. This role is on a freelance basis and does not establish

an employer-employee relationship. Transportation and official expenses related to the

assigned tasks will be shouldered by the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and submit documents to LGUs and other government or private offices.
  • Facilitate payments, clearances, and related transactions on behalf of the company.
  • Coordinate and follow up on permits and other documentation.
  • Provide regular updates on the progress of assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in Cagayan de Oro City
  • Familiarity with local government offices and standard document processing
  • procedures.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision

Work Setup:

  • Freelance/Independent contractor arrangement.
  • Combination of work-from-home (for coordination and reporting) and on-site tasks (for

  • Service fee arrangement, with reimbursement of transportation and processing expenses.
