Key Responsibilities:
Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently according to project specifications and safety guidelines.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine the type of scaffolding needed.
Inspect scaffolding components for wear and damage before use.
Secure scaffolding to structures and ensure stability.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and manage scaffolding materials and tools on-site.
Work closely with other trades and site personnel to ensure scaffolding is installed correctly and on time.
Follow all company safety procedures, including wearing PPE and adhering to site-specific safety regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the supervisor
