We are looking for a qualified Nutritionist-Dietitian with proven experience in private client consultation and personalized meal preparation. The candidate must be an effective communicator, able to build strong rapport with clients, listen actively to their feedback, and motivate them towards healthier eating habits that don't sacrifice enjoyment. Resourcefulness in sourcing high-quality ingredients and creativity in developing a wide variety of palatable dishes, even within dietary restrictions, are essential. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to menu innovation, keeping up with culinary trends, and ensuring client satisfaction with every meal is highly desired.
A Private Nutritionist-Dietrician's duties & responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
Communicating with clients:

Conducting thorough consultations to gather detailed information on client dietary history, health conditions, lifestyle, specific food preferences, allergies, and taste profiles.

Maintaining open and consistent communication with clients to provide ongoing nutritional guidance, adjust meal plans based on feedback, and monitor their progress and satisfaction with their food.

Clearly explaining the rationale behind nutritional recommendations and meal choices, ensuring clients understand and are comfortable with their personalized plans designed around their tastes.
Planning and executing meals:

Designing customized weekly or monthly meal plans tailored to individual client needs, specific taste preferences, caloric targets, and any dietary requirements

Meticulously preparing and cooking meals according to the planned menu, ensuring proper portion control, adherence to recipes developed with client taste in mind, and timely delivery or service.

Efficiently managing all aspects of meal execution, including creating appealing recipes, developing grocery lists, shopping for preferred ingredients, and maintaining an organized kitchen.
Sourcing and creating palatable dishes:

Sourcing fresh, high-quality, and seasonal ingredients from reliable suppliers, markets, or specialty stores, prioritizing nutritional value and the client's specific food likes and dislikes.

Innovatively creating and adapting recipes to make nutritious food appealing and delicious, ensuring that every meal is enjoyable and perfectly aligns with the client's individual taste preferences.

Continuously exploring new culinary techniques, flavor combinations, and healthy food trends to offer diverse, exciting, and palatable meal options that specifically cater to each client's unique tastes.
Job Qualifications

At least three (3) years of relevant experience in the the field/s of nutrition and meal preparation unless the candidate has exhibited remarkable results academically or professionally. In such cases, relevant experience can be less than three (3) years, commensurate with achievements.

Must have comprehensive, actionable, and immediately relevant technical knowledge of Nutrition and Health such as relevant laws and other trends pertinent to the industry.

Must have graduated with a Bachelor's Degree, and is licensed to practice in the Philippines.

Relevant Master's Degree is a huge advantage
Initial monthly salary range for this role is from PHP 23, ,000 and is commensurate to relevant job experience.
