Supply Chain Excellence Manager

Overview:

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a driven and analytical leader to champion operational excellence across its supply chain network. As the Supply Chain Excellence Manager, you will lead initiatives that enhance logistics performance, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role is ideal for an Industrial or Management Engineer who thrives on data, innovation, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Standardization & Performance Frameworks

  • Establish and implement operational standards and performance benchmarks across warehousing and distribution functions.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment with business goals through structured frameworks.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Analyze logistics workflows to identify inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Introduce innovative solutions to optimize distribution and warehousing operations.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor supply chain productivity.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and performance enhancements.

Team Development & Capability Building

  • Mentor and coach team members to build operational excellence capabilities.
  • Collaborate on training programs and manage performance systems to support growth and engagement.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Management Engineering (MBA is a plus).
  • Preferably a Certified Industrial Engineer.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in manufacturing or distribution, with at least 2 years in an Industrial Engineering role and supervisory capacity.
  • Proven success in leading process improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Bicutan, Parañaque.
