Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an iOS Developer based in Dumaguete. The iOS Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining iOS applications that align with business objectives. Daily tasks include writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, debugging and fixing application issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features, and ensuring app performance and quality. The role also includes keeping up with new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance app development processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C programming languages
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, and APIs
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs for connecting iOS applications to back-end services
• Knowledge of third-party libraries and APIs
• Experience with version control tools like Git
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in iOS development and app deployment (published apps in the App Store is a plus)
