Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build software for the main platform and supporting applications.
  • Analyze, design, develop, and test solutions using key programming languages across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with analysts, leads, and business stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Participate in Scrum activities (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to boost process and delivery.
  • Deliver and deploy new features, fix defects, and enhance systems.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Ensure development stays within budget, timeline, and meets security standards.
  • Share knowledge and mentor junior development team members.

Qualifications:

✓ Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

✓ Has experience as a Full Stack

✓ Proficient in Java, SpringBoot, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Angular or React (Groovy is a plus).

✓ Design, build, analyze, develop, and test software solutions across platforms.

✓ Expert in implementing API Integrations and web services (SOAP, REST).

✓ Experience with all types of software testing (Unit, System, Integration, Functional, Performance).

✓ Hands-on experience with application development tools like IntelliJ and Gradle.

✓ Proficient with Linux/Unix shell environment and tooling, and version control (e.g., GIT).

✓ Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, TeamCity/Octopus or similar).

✓ Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile environment.

✓ Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases.

✓ Fundamental knowledge of Core Design Patterns (e.g., observable, layered).

✓ Collaborate with stakeholders (analysts, leads, business) in an Agile/Scrum environment.

✓ Participate in Scrum activities (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to improve delivery.

✓ Deliver and deploy new features, defect fixes, and system enhancements.

✓ Create and maintain technical documentation.

✓ Ensure development meets budget, timeline, and security standards.

✓ Analyze business requirements, convert them into user stories/tasks, and guide stakeholders on design.

✓ Strong team player who collaborates effectively across functional teams.

✓ Ability to adapt to changes, eager to learn, and open-minded.

✓ Effectively communicate with both technical and business audiences.

✓ Take ownership and commit to delivering high-quality outcomes.

✓ Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide technical mentoring to the team.
