Bohol, Philippines Converge ICT Solutions, Inc. Full time ₱1,200,000 - ₱3,600,000 per year

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in telecom operations and maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Knowledge of OSP, fiber optic networks, and network equipment.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to read network diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.

TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERTISE:

  • Certification in fiber optics, network operations, or maintenance management.

  • Experience with network monitoring tools, fault management systems, and preventive maintenance procedures.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities.

  • Familiarity with service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational KPIs.
