Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage security operations across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a security agency, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. The Operations Manager will ensure operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and compliance with all company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily security operations across multiple locations.
 - Recruit, train, and develop security personnel to ensure high standards of performance and professionalism.
 - Conduct regular site inspections to assess security effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
 - Monitor schedules, attendance, and deployment to ensure full coverage and operational efficiency.
 - Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures to prevent incidents, theft, and unauthorized access.
 - Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
 - Act as primary liaison with clients, addressing concerns, conducting meetings, and ensuring satisfaction.
 - Ensure all guards and supervisors maintain proper licenses and certifications in accordance with government regulations.
 - Develop and implement emergency response and contingency plans in coordination with authorities.
 - Monitor and maintain functionality of CCTV systems, access controls, and other security equipment.
 - Participate in client presentations, security proposals, and bidding activities.
 - Stay updated on industry trends, laws, and best practices to enhance overall security operations.
 
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a security agency.
 - Must be CSP (Certified Security Professional) or with equivalent security management background.
 - Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 - Proficient in client presentations and bidding preparation for prospective clients.
 - Strong leadership and people management skills; able to supervise large security teams effectively.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Knowledgeable in security operations, laws, and industry standards.
 - Possession of a Security Manager License is an advantage.
 - Good decision-making and problem-solving skills, even under pressure.
 - Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when necessary.
 - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites.
