OPD Nurse

Out Patient Nurse will be the assigned Nurse for the Out Patient Department of the Hospital, He/ She is tasks to handle on all Nursing related concern for patients needed in for consultation, like processing of patients registration and endorsement using the ARCUS system, diagnostic procedures and endorsement of patients to specialty doctors.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides basic and comprehensive nursing care based on National Nursing Standards and the HCCH-approved nursing process.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates care plans in collaboration with the patient, the significant others, and the whole healthcare team.
• Provides health teaching relevant to nursing care.
• Maintains accurate and complete documentation of patients in OPD
• Monitors and prepares patients for vital signs prior consult and procedure if needed
• Prepares and assist patients for Cardiovascular procedures like ECU, Treadmill, Stress Test
• Ensures confidentiality of care and provides relevant information to the healthcare team.

Qualification

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and holder of Philippine PRC License for Registered Nurses.
• Experience in Hospital, OPD Nurse in a primary or specialty clinics.
• BLS/ACLS Training is advantage
• Willing to work in Arca South Taguig City Mondays to Saturdays, Day Shift
• Can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php29,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
