About the Role

Join our team as a Credit Investigator You will play a vital role in evaluating the creditworthiness of loan applicants by conducting thorough investigations and analyses. Your work ensures that lending decisions are well-informed, compliant, and aligned with company standards while supporting customer acquisition and maintaining professional client relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Acquire new clients through sales channels, field activities, and partnerships.
  • Conduct detailed credit investigations including employment checks, income verification, and background assessments.
  • Review documents, financial statements, and references to evaluate creditworthiness.
  • Provide recommendations on loan approvals or denials based on findings.
  • Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and the Branch Manager for accurate credit assessments.
  • Respond to applicant inquiries and provide timely feedback to clients, agents, and partners.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers, agents, and business partners.
  • Prepare daily itinerary performance reports and comprehensive credit reports.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies in all investigation activities.
  • Perform collection or other tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager when needed.

Qualifications

  • Senior High Graduate, Bachelor's Degree, or College Degree in Business, Financial Management, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in credit investigation, credit and collection, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS Office applications.
  • Driver's license and motorcycle ownership is an advantage.

Schedule

  • 8-hour shift, full-time

Work Location

  • CONSOLACION | Door 1, Cpg Arcade Building, Pitogo, Consolacion, Cebu (must be able to commute or relocate before starting work).
