Job Description:

As a Senior Accountant, you will manage general ledger transactions, financial analysis, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. You'll play a key role in the month-end close, audits, and maintaining strong internal controls that support global healthcare operations.

The Qualifications We Seek:

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end close process
• Excellent accounting software user

Your Daily Tasks:

• Coordinate general ledger transactions and programs
• Prepare monthly financial analysis and reports
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting and annual audit
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and issues of noncompliance
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting
• Document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen controls
• Perform other assigned duties
