POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing retail team. This role is centered on providing exceptional service, effectively showcasing products, and creating an engaging in-store shopping experience. The Sales Associate will also assist with daily store operations while contributing to individual and team sales targets.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner, assist with product selection, and explain features and benefits clearly.
  • Accurately complete sales transactions using the POS system and handle payments according to company procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and ensure compliance with pricing, promotional guidelines, and store audit standards.
  • Support the Store Manager with operational and customer service needs as required.
  • Contribute to achieving sales goals by using a consultative, customer-centered selling approach.
  • Suggest add-on or related products through effective upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor at all times.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including social media engagement, live selling events, in-store promotions, and other campaigns.
  • Inform customers about current offers, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Build strong customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up communication.
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales and performance reports as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Experience with online selling or live selling platforms is a plus.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers through social media channels.
  • Ability to demonstrate products or host live selling sessions (preferred).

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Willingness to work at different store or office locations as needed.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and open to taking on additional responsibilities as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php600.00 per day
