RAW Resourcing is seeking an experienced Naval Architect with expertise in specialty cargo securing, structural analysis, and heavy-lift engineering for multipurpose vessels (MPVs).

In this role, you'll lead structural assessments, lashing design, and heavy-lift planning, ensuring safe and cost-efficient transport of project cargo while collaborating with international stakeholders across the shipping value chain.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

Degree in Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering (or equivalent)

Proven experience in project cargo, heavy-lift, or MPV operations

Proficiency in FEA tools (Femap/Nastran or equivalent)

Hands-on experience with lashing/securing software (DNV Lashcon or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of Class rules, IMO guidelines & cargo securing standards

Excellent problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills
