JOB DESCRIPTION
-Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the swimming pool and beach facilities
-Ensures the safety, security and enjoyment of all guests.
-Cleans the pool deck and its immediate surroundings for any dirt, trash, leaves, etc. as well as the shower area.
-Provides excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering queries, and assists with their needs or concerns.
-Maintains all swimming pool and beach equipment and tools in good working condition and report any malfunctions for repairs or replacement.
-Implement safety rules and regulations to all guests
-Provides basic first aid in the event of an injury or emergency/accident.
-Maintains accurate records of pool usage and chemical applications, water test results, incidents, safety related activities and other reports.
-Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- With valid lifeguard certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a licensed lifeguard in a resort or similar setting
- Excellent physical fitness and swimming abilities
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Can start immediately
