Maintenance Technician

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
• Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
• Maintain plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
• Conduct general tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
• Assist in budget preparation (canvassing and purchase) for the projects and ensure it is monitored and followed.
• Assist in the construction and monitoring of materials.
• Ensure that all preventive maintenance for machines/equipments are performed based on the Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
• Notify the Production Manager/Superiors for the upcoming preventive maintenance.
• Documentation of machine history, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
• All task given by the Manufacturing Building Utilities and Activity Coordinator.tenance Technician
