JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will work closely with Finance, HR, Marketing, Technical and Sales increase sales productivity.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting.
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
  • Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting.
  • Assist Human Resources Department in on-boarding and training new sales talents.
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and create and provide relevant sales training materials to assist with onboarding new sales talent
  • Maintain and monitor accreditation, procurement, permits and contract records
  • Contract Management
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across departments.
  • Managing and maintaining sales data in CRM – closely monitored Sales Team.
  • Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the Sales organization.
  • Managing and maintaining sales process adherence with Sales Team.
  • ·Handle and manage inside sales opportunities and in charge of company account. Create proposals and other needed sales documents.
  • Monitoring of Philgeps website and In-charge of handling and preparing private and public bidding documents.
  • Prepare, administer and coordinate customer and dealer quotations, proposals, bids, orders, contracts.
  • Assisting the Sales Leaders with Pipeline and Opportunity inspection.
  • Perform other tasks may be assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
