Who you'll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you

You'll be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define initiative vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Lead the development and presentation of the business case.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes. Collaborate with architects, engineering leads, platforms, and partners to design suitable solutions for the initiative.

We're looking for:

  • BS or MS in Technology Management or related discipline
  • 5+ years of combined experience in product management, program/project management, engineering management, solutions and/or enterprise architecture, programming, and software design
  • Experience scaled Agile framework a plus
  • Exposure to DevOps: continuous integration, automated testing, cloud deployments, etc.
  • Experience developing and implementing enterprise wide transformation initiatives a plus.
