QUALIFICATIONS

• At least graduate of a 2-year course
• Computer literate
• Has good communication skills
• Can work under pressure
• Flexible and organized
• Can work on a shifting schedule

Duties and Responsibilities

• CSR Staff dispense medical materials and supplies using standard physical procedures to in- patients ordered or based on written prescription issued by a licensed physician.
• Responsible in complying with the hospital and department's protocols, policies and standard operating procedures.
• Responsible in checking the manufacture and expiration dates and labels of materials and/or supplies.
• Responsible in checking the invoices against orders to make sure all items are received and charges are correct.
• Posting of delivery receipts and record issuances of drugs to ledger cards and accomplish issue report forms after every shift
• Make certain that the right patient takes the correct materials or supplies needed.
• Responsible in accurate and complete recording of issued supplies in the charge slip and ledger.
• Maintain follow-up inventory weekly and monitor the stock level.
• Prepare/check and ensure that charge slip is complete and accurate before patients are sent to cashier or billing and/or before the charge slip are sent to the Billing. Ensure that all drugs, materials and supplies are property.
