About the role

As a XIAOMI PROMOTER, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Xiaomi products to customers in the Taguig City Metro Manila area. This is a full-time role within the Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative, a leading cooperative in the sales and marketing industry. You will be based in the Market Market location in Taguig City.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to potential customers
  • Demonstrating Xiaomi products and highlighting their features and benefits
  • Generating sales and meeting monthly targets
  • Maintaining a neat and organised product display area
  • Collaborating with the sales team to implement marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Reporting on sales performance and providing feedback to management

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service roles, preferably in the consumer electronics industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new product features
  • Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
