Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid treatment to employees during illness or injury.
- Monitor and assess employees' health conditions and recommend appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of employees.
- Administer prescribed medications in accordance with company policy and medical guidelines.
- Conduct regular health monitoring, including vital signs and basic health checks.
- Assist in the implementation of workplace health and wellness programs.
- Support company compliance with occupational safety and health standards.
- Coordinate with accredited clinics, hospitals, and physicians for referrals and emergencies.
- Participate in safety inspections and accident investigations when required.
- Ensure proper maintenance and availability of clinic supplies, medicines, and equipment.
- Prepare medical and health-related reports as required by management or government agencies.
- Promote health education and preventive care among employees.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Licensed Nurse (RN) with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- With or without prior experience as a company/industrial nurse.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards is an advantage.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle medical information responsibly.
