We are seeking a Finance Associate (Certified Public Accountant) to play a key role in shaping our financial strategy. This role involves providing expert analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to ensure financial performance aligns with long-term business goals. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and business optimization.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to evaluate new opportunities, assess risks, and drive financial health and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive. Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives.

Conduct variance analysis and prepare financial reports. Provide insights to support business growth and profitability. Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.

Monitor financial trends to identify risks and opportunities. Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and M&A activities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

Support business case development for new projects. Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, especially for IPOs and M&A.Integrate analytics and data visualization into reporting.Recommend cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. CPA certification is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Audit, or related fields.

Strong skills in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting. Expertise in variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

Proficiency in Google Apps, Excel, Canva, or similar tools. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
