  1. Prepares and sets up hemodialysis machines and equipment before treatments.
  2. Monitors machine parameters and patient vitals during dialysis, adjusting as needed.
  3. Assists in patient preparation and responds to complications or adverse reactions.
  4. Ensures proper operation of water treatment systems and conducts routine quality checks.
  5. Maintains accurate documentation of treatment details, machine maintenance, and patient records.
  6. Follows infection control protocols and handles sterilization of equipment.
  7. Educates patients and families on dialysis procedures, risks, and post-treatment care.
  8. Collaborates with healthcare teams and supports continuous improvement efforts.
