About the Role

This Senior Manager role focuses on overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of financial portfolios — from fund accounting and equity pricing to client servicing and compliance. You'll be managing operations in a
100% onsite role in Taguig
on a
night shift schedule
, leading teams that deliver measurable impact on investment outcomes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead wealth and asset management operations including fund servicing, fund accounting, and portfolio lifecycle management.
  • Oversee unit trust pricing, equity fund administration, and investment product servicing.
  • Ensure strict adherence to risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Drive CSAT and client service excellence.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across investment products, including equities, mutual funds, and unit trusts.
  • Monitor financial market trends and provide insights into portfolio performance.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in wealth management, fund servicing, or fund accounting.
  • Proven expertise in equity funds, unit trust pricing, and investment operations.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and risk management in financial services.
  • Hands-on leadership experience in client servicing and portfolio lifecycle.
  • Willingness to work
    onsite in Taguig
    and commit to a
    night shift
    schedule.
