Job Description

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives with 1 to 2 years of international voice experience to join our team. If you have strong communication skills, solid customer handling experience, and the ability to support global customers, this role is an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls for an international account
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Document all interactions and follow company policies and procedures
  • Meet performance metrics including quality and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year CSR experience in a pure voice international account
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong professionalism and customer empathy
  • Willing to work onsite, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Open to High School Graduates, Senior High Graduates, or College Level candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php24,000.00 per month
