About the role

This is a full-time customer service representative role based in Cainta Rizal, part of the customer service and call centre operations at AGVILL RESOURCES INC'. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and assistance to AGVILL RESOURCES INC' clients and customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls and inquiries
  2. Logging customer interactions and updating customer records
  3. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  4. Escalating complex issues to appropriate team members as needed
  5. Providing customers with product and service information
  6. Achieving individual and team performance targets

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Customer service or call centre experience is preferred
  3. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. Fluent in English
