FinOps Analyst

The ideal candidate will be experienced in a finance role with an understanding of finance operations and will have experience in relationship management. He/she will have problem-solving skills with a focus on improving processes and strengthening relationships with vendors. The candidate will have an action-driven approach and will be required to work proactively on issues related to vendor accounts while identifying areas of improvement.

European language speaker / Multilingual. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Working on complex vendor inquiries and resolving queries in a timely manner. Meeting or exceeding applicable metrics of the assigned process.

Working on underlying issues and fixing root causes. Managing vendor queries via inbound email and outbound calls. Maintaining customer relationships by responding timely and accurately to both internal (company) and external (vendor) questions and requests for information.

Efficiently managing queries and issues through proactive coordination with vendors and internal teams. Understanding the pain points of vendors and resolving disputes. Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to vendors.

Escalating when appropriate to direct manager and/or senior leaders. Performing other projects and duties as required. BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBasic qualifications include:Minimum of 2 years graduate certificate.

Willingness to take inbound and outbound calls and work overtime if necessary. Proficient in the French language. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Flexible to work in a shifting schedule. Exemplifies traits of being a team player, with good interpersonal skills, hardworking, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision. Open to working with diverse teams from different cultures on a global scale.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred qualifications include:Prior experience of at least 2 years in a similar role in Finance & Accounting as an Analyst or in a BPO industry catering to customer needs. Preferably with Accounts Payable experience. A desire to take responsibility and ownership for projects from day one.

A drive for continuous learning and self-development. Self-motivated and driven. Fluency in other European languages is an advantage.
