Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing multimedia assets provided by the principal while strictly adhering to Brand Guidelines. This includes refining graphics, adjusting video content, and ensuring all visual materials maintain brand consistency across digital and print media.

The Multimedia Artist will collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop high-quality visual assets that align with branding and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conceptualize, design, and create multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and other visual elements that reflect the brand identity while ensuring compliance with GUESS Brand Guidelines.

-Ensure all visual elements maintain consistency in typography, colors, and overall brand aesthetics.

-Edit and enhance high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and other platforms while following brand standards.

-Assist in formatting and adapting existing assets for different media requirements while preserving brand identity.

-Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure a cohesive visual approach across all platforms.

-Maintain an organized library of multimedia assets for easy retrieval and future use.

-Stay updated with the latest design trends, multimedia technologies, and industry best practices, ensuring all content remains on-brand.

-Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining brand integrity

Qualifications and Skills:

-Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

-Proven experience as a Multimedia Artist or in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other multimedia software.

-Strong knowledge of video editing, animation, and motion graphics while ensuring consistency with Guess Philippines' branding.

-Excellent attention to detail in cleaning up and resizing assets while adhering to branding requirements.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in UI/UX design and web design is a plus.

-Knowledge of 3D animation and rendering software is an advantage.

-Basic understanding of photography and videography.
