In this position you will....
Manage one of bolttech Philippines's large key accounts in Consumer Finance which includes developing and implementing strategic plans consistent with the Key Account's mission. You will support manage the account relationship and bolttech's internal workstreams. You will contribute to maintaining strong governance and ensuring strategic alignment across all touchpoints. As a key support role, you will represent bolttech in both internal and external engagements, helping to drive seamless execution and partner satisfaction.
You will be responsible for…
- Develop trust relationships with accounts/partners to ensure they we retain and grow the relationship
- Lead on being the key account manager for Partner client/stakeholders
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and ensure the expectations are managed
- Constantly support hunting for new opportunities within the key account that are aligned with the overall strategies
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions to meet their objective
- Engage the partner's own sales teams to understand partner target and incentive structure and aligning on bolttech product sales targets and incentive structure
- Accountable for managing Sales Network to deliver sales revenue targets of Consumer Finance as aligned with the Senior Key Account Manager
- Develop and enable area specific campaigns/programs as aligned with account strategy to support and achieve sales targets.
- Ownership, management, and monitoring sales to create effective action plans to address and improve performance.
- Working with sales network team to identify opportunities and risks to sales targets, and work with team to implement plans to remedy.
- Support continuous sales training and coaching on the ground regarding product and sales skills.
- Maintain awareness of current market conditions and competition, and proactively identify growth and business opportunities within account.
- Routinely travels across the area to monitor execution and alignment, gather field inputs and gain insights to innovate and grow business opportunities.
- Supports the Senior key Account Manager for partnership opportunities, Account engagement and ensure proper onboarding and turnover of channel partners.
- Ensure the correct products, propositions and service are delivered to customers in timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customer and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long lasting relationship
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Management of sales and service teams to deliver profitable growth
- Keep up to date market trends and introduce appropriate action
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
Monitor account performance and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from reputable university or BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Min. 5 years' experience as Account Manager and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Min. 5 years experience in retail or electronics industries
- Experienced in the field of marketing / customer relations / retail at least 5 years
- Wide and deep experience in managing large / complex key accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to use data to drive and influence decisions, leverage bolttech data science capabilities to improve sales performance or recommend changes in strategies
- Have good analytical skills in understanding the needs, satisfaction, customer segmentation models
- Good sense of P&L / Pricing / client's commercial needs and data driven oriented
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively and cooperatively with internal stakeholders and other cross-border collaboration
- Excellent organizational skills with ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Excellence in English verbal and written
