Position: Japanese Sales Planning Analyst

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native Japanese or Half Filipino Half Japanese
  • Fluent in English Language
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • With experience in sales analysis, Forecasting & production planning
  • Willing to work in Quezon City
  • Willing to work onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze historical sales and market data to identify trends and forecast demand
  • Interpreter from Japanese to English and vise versa between Japanese CEO to Filipino
  • Develop and maintain forecasting/inventory models at SKU level
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and refine as needed
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, marketing, supply chain teams to align strategies
  • Create regular performance reports and KPIs for leadership
  • Support inventory planning, including safety stock and phase‑in/phase‑out schedules
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Assist in annual planning, budgeting, and ad-hoc projects related to sales operations
  • Conduct quantitative analysis of products and sales trends to identify growth opportunities or issues.
