Main Responsibilities
  • Plans Training Strategies

    Develops effective ways to train employees based on business needs.
  • Understands the Business

    Knows how the company works and what it needs to succeed.
  • Works with Partners

    Teams up with leaders, HR, and others to figure out goals and areas that need improvement.
  • Finds Performance Issues

    Looks into why employees might not be performing well and what can be done to help.
  • Solves Problems

    Identifies if training is the right solution or if other changes (like leadership or team structure) are needed.
  • Checks Readiness

    Makes sure employees are ready to learn before planning training.
  • Turns Business Needs into Training Plans

    Converts company goals into learning programs.
  • Chooses the Right Training Methods

    Picks the best way to train (e.g., workshops, online courses) and explains it to others.
  • Uses Different Learning Styles

    Encourages learning through experience, mentorship, and formal education.
  • Stays Updated on Best Practices

    Keeps up with the latest trends and tools in training and development.
  • Knows the Tech

    Understands current and upcoming technologies that can help with training.
  • Explores Training Formats

    Is familiar with different ways to deliver training (in-person, online, blended, webinars).
  • Uses New Learning Tools

    Keeps up with new tools like video calls, mobile learning, social media, and gamification.
  • Suggests Tech Improvements

    Shares ideas on how technology can improve training results.

Job Requirements

  • Licensed in a Medical Allied Field

    Must have a valid license in a healthcare-related profession.
  • 5 Years of Training Experience

    Has at least 5 years of experience leading or facilitating training sessions.
  • Flexible Schedule

    Willing to work mid-shift hours across different regions (Philippines, India, Puerto Rico)

    Days off are Saturday and Sunday.
  • 1 Year of Supervisory Experience

    Has at least one year of experience managing or supervising others.
