Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement therapy programs to help individuals—especially children—develop, recover, or maintain daily living and functional skills. This role requires collaboration with families, teachers, and other professionals to support each client's developmental and therapeutic needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments of clients' motor, sensory, cognitive, and daily living skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Educate families on home programs and strategies to support therapy goals
  • Ensure a safe, engaging, and supportive therapy environment
  • Comply with ethical standards, policies, and professional regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (PRC license required)
  • Experience working with children, especially those with special needs, is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, compassionate, and child-centered approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
