- Job Description:
Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations.
Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks.
Plating prepared foods based on senior chef's guidance.
Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts.
Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and
regulations.
Ensuring cooking utensils and kitchen area are cleaned after closing to comply with state
regulations.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Minimum qualifications:
Graduate or Undergraduate of any Hospitality Course.
Proven experience in the position of interest.
Physically fit.
With good communication and memorization skills.
Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
