Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct initial resume screening based on job requirements
• Track and monitor sourcing metrics such as candidate funnel, source effectiveness, and turnaround time
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS or tracking sheets
• Support the team with data-driven sourcing insights
• Assist in improving sourcing strategies based on trends and performance data

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or related HR functions
• Experience in executive search and high-volume or mass hiring is preferred
• Excellent research, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online sourcing tools
• Willing to work onsite
