As a Membership Consultant, you will be on the front line of our gym's growth—driving sales, hitting targets, and helping members start their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell gym memberships and packages to walk-in clients and leads
• Convert inquiries into memberships through effective sales presentations
• Conduct compelling gym tours and consultations
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up on leads through calls, texts, and emails
• Promote ongoing deals, upgrades, and add-on services
• Handle membership sign-ups, renewals, and referrals
• Build strong rapport to increase member retention and upselling
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records
• Represent the gym with professionalism, confidence, and energy

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles (fitness industry is a plus)
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
• Confident communicator with a competitive mindset
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient
• Comfortable working with quotas and performance metrics
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer and CRM skills
