Selling Supervisor will be assigned at Waltermart Cabuyao

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Customer service management

2. Category building:

3. a. Accountable for category sales achievement

4. b. Ensure 100% customer service level
5. c. Ensures that WalterMart standards are implemented
6. d. Safety and sanitation of the categorye.
7. e. Ensures implementation of first to expire, first out (FEFO)
8. f. Bad order management
9. g. Timely and accurate execution of all promotion

10. h. Ensures that shelf tags are updated

11. Ensures 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment

4.Supervise and monitor performance of sales support staff and merchandisers in the category.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, Sales / Marketing / Administration.
• With atleast 1 years relevant work experience in store management and operations from retail and food establishments.
